The Molalla Police Department serves the over 7500 citizens of the City of Molalla with a staff of 12 full time patrol officers, 3 support staff, numerous Reserve Officers, and a police K-9 named  “Z”. Under the direction of Police Chief Jerry Giger, the Molalla Police Department is greatly involved in Community Oriented Policing and provides a variety of public services in addition to their enforcement and crime prevention functions.
