Fix-It Ticket Program

VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE COMPLIANCE

You have been cited for an equipment violation within the City of Molalla.  As part of our focus on making Molalla a safer place to drive, we have developed a vehicle compliance program.  This program allows you to repair or correct the violation prior to your court date, in exchange for a dismissal of the violation.  In order for you to take advantage of this program, please follow these guidelines:

*Repair or correct the violation.

*Bring the vehicle to the Molalla Police Department during business hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm – Monday through Friday.

*Bring the completed Vehicle Compliance Program signoff along with the citation to the Molalla Municipal Court office at least 2 days prior to your appearance date.

*Pay $25.00 administrative fee for each violation.

If the above steps are successfully completed, the Municipal Court will DISMISS the citation.
